I had never experienced a headspa before, but after visiting Clouds… I’m absolutely making it a part of my self-care routine 🥰 The spa is so serene it feels like being transported out of the city the moment you walk in. Every part of the experience is so thoughtful, I loved the opportunity to select your own oils and herbs for your treatment. I got the Illuminate - Mini Head Spa and Face Massage. I highly recommend it to anyone who experiences head and neck tension. I felt so relaxed after. They also have a post treatment area where you can have your hair dried and get yourself ready again before heading back into your day!!

I had a wonderful Illuminate treatment at Head in the Clouds. The space is incredibly cozy, it’s clean, it smells phenomenal, and allowing the client to mix their own herbs and select an essential oil for treatment is a nice touch. The Illuminate is essentially a neck, shoulder, and scalp massage, and it was absolutely perfect for anyone who has tension in those areas. Denisse was so sweet, she was really focused on trying to make sure I was comfortable and she applied exactly the right amount of pressure throughout. However, despite the FAQ explicitly saying that Head in the Clouds can accommodate pregnant clients, I did not find the treatment pregnancy-friendly. The website notes that they provide bolster pillows for support, which I assumed would be like at a prenatal massage where you lie on your side and get hip and belly support from a bolster pillow. Unfortunately, the entire treatment has to be done lying on your back, and the table does not adjust in any way to allow for a reclining position. This is uncomfortable for a growing belly and can be unsafe. The only bolster available was for under the knees, which doesn’t really solve the problem. I only learned this as I was starting the treatment and couldn’t cancel the appointment given the nonrefundable deposit, so I just tried to adjust my lower body from side to side every 15-20 minutes to avoid being on my back. It was not particularly comfortable and really took me out of enjoying the treatment. Given that much of the treatment goes from one side to the other, Head in the Clouds could easily adapt a treatment to be more pregnancy-friendly by adjusting it to be one side at a time. I loved the treatment and will absolutely come back postpartum, I just don’t think it’s actually comfortable or safe for pregnant women as advertised.

My husband and I went today to celebrate my birthday. We booked the Cloud Nine Signature Head Spa with Buccal & Face Experience. It was the perfect morning! We loved our treatment and felt totally relaxed. My husband even fell asleep! Highly recommend booking with a friend or a significant other! We loved it!

Truly a magical experience! From the scalp analysis to your personalized treatment and friendly staff, I cannot recommend this place enough! The ambiance is top tier, everything is so beautifully curated with the client top of mind. I got the “Cloud Nine - Deep Relaxation Head Spa & Buccal Face Massage Experience”, it was so good, I’m considering getting a package deal. You leave feeling pampered and rejuvenated. I can’t wait for my next visit, my hair is so silky and my scalp feels squeaky clean. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience today!

Amazing service from start to finish. I’ve tried both the head spa and the buccal massage with Viktoria, and both experiences were incredibly relaxing and effective. Viktoria was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The staff overall was warm and thoughtful, and the space itself felt serene and calming the moment I walked in. I especially loved being able to customize the experience by choosing essential oils tailored to my scalp’s specific needs. The scalp analysis from Janet was thorough and very informative, and it helped me better understand what my scalp actually needs rather than guessing. Excellent service and 10/10 recommend!
